Delete your rizitz account

You can delete your rizitz account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

Open rizitz and sign in.
Go to You → Settings → Delete account.
Confirm the deletion.
If you signed in with Apple, confirm with Apple when asked. This revokes rizitz's access to your Apple ID.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@rizitz.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We'll confirm once your data has been deleted. If you signed in with Apple, you can also remove rizitz from your Apple ID yourself, in your iPhone's Settings under your name → Sign in with Apple.

What gets deleted, and what's kept

Have a Personal Pro subscription?

Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or the App Store so you aren't charged again.
